Written Expressions of Interest are invited for the mowing of set locations in the villages of Tingha and Delungra. The written expression of interest should be prepared as a standing offer or quotation for a single occurrence. It is estimated that the successful contractor will be required to mow these areas approximately 18 times per year. However, this volume of work is not guaranteed and is subject to grass growth and weather conditions. This estimate is based on the following assumptions; That mowing be conducted 12 times during peak growing season (Summer); and 6 times during off peak growing season (Winter). Expressions of Interest may be emailed to council@inverell.nsw.gov.au The highest expression of interest or any expression of interest will not necessarily be accepted. For further information, please contact Council’s Civil and Environmental Services Division on 02) 6728 8200.
A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
