SERVICE REQUIRED Northern Beaches Council invites tenderers for the provision of Circulating Pump and Filtration Services Contractor are being sought to provide service on a planned program basis as per Australian Standards and for reactive maintenance service from 1st August 2026. Tender responses sought will include statements of experience, servicing schedules, resourcing, work methods, capability, insurance cover, licensing as required, and appropriate referees. Tenderers are requested to select and complete the following in Part F18 rates and lump sum programmed maintenance, routine call outs both in hours and out of hours rates. The contract term will be 24 months with an extension of two one year at discretion of Council. The Scope of work includes planned preventative maintenance at both Manly Andrew Boy Charlton and Warringah Aquatic Centres and nonexclusive reactive work on these assets. Please provide response time for reactive works.
