About this tender

Overview Central Coast Council (CCC) Water and Sewer is seeking proposals from suitably qualified consultants or firms for the management and delivery of the Water and Sewer Asset Management Improvement Program. Purpose This arrangement is intended to streamline the procurement of consulting services and support the efficient and coordinated delivery of the Asset Management Improvement Program, compared with a traditional project-by-project procurement model. Scope Management and delivery of the Water and Sewer Asset Management Improvement Program Contract Terms and Conditions The Principal intends to enter into a five-year schedule of rates contract with a single integrated asset management consultancy Two optional one-year extensions, exercisable at the Principal's absolute discretion based on consultant performance and ongoing requirements Tender Briefing A mandatory tender briefing will be held for this opportunity. Any consultancy that does not attend the mandatory tender briefing will not be eligible to submit a tender.
