About this tender

This procurement activity builds on a previous tender that closed in January 2026, which did not comprehensively meet all inventory requirements, resulting in identified gaps in supply. If your organisation submitted a response to the previous tender, you do not need to submit a further response as part of this procurement process. This tender is for the provision of Supply & Delivery of Water Meters, Standpipes and Associated Components as described in this specification and in accordance with the Contract. Suppliers are able to tender for one or more categories as follows: 1. Supply and delivery of Water Meters for potable water: Mechanical Water Meters: DN20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 80, 100, 150 and 200 Ultrasonic Water Meters: DN50, 80, 100, 150 and 200 Electromagnetic Water Meters: DN100, 150 and 200 Pulse probes and associated output cables for monitoring of water use through Water Meters Note:Digital Water Meters are excluded from this scope 2. Supply and delivery of Water Meters for Class A recycled water: Mechanical Water Meters: DN20, 25, 32, 40 and 50 Pulse probes and associated output cables for monitoring of water use through Water Meters Note:Digital Water Meters are excluded from scope 3. Supply and delivery of accessories for Water Meters that may include, but is not limited to: Connectors Spacer or spool pieces Dirt boxes or strainers 4. Supply and delivery of portable Standpipes: DN20, 32 and 50 metered Standpipes DN50 unmetered Standpipes DN20, 32 and 50 metered and monitored Standpipes (smart pipes)
