Overview AlburyCity invites suitably qualified tenderers to submit a tender for the provision of construction services relating to Water Reservoir 17 (WR17) drainage works and the Water Pumpstation 13 (WPS13) building extension, in accordance with the conditions detailed in the Request for Tender. Scope The scope includes: Embankment remediation and stabilisation works at WR17, a large cylindrical concrete tank approximately 36 m in diameter Downstream drainage improvements at WR17 to manage site drainage, improve the long-term stability of the surrounding embankment, and protect the tank and associated infrastructure Construction of a retaining wall along the northern boundary of WPS13 to protect the pumpstation An extension to the existing WPS13 building Replacement of end-of-life electrical equipment at WPS13 Provision of suitable space for upgraded electrical infrastructure to support the ongoing reliability and compliance of the pumpstation
