Overview Cumberland City Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations to undertake the filter system upgrade project at Wentworthville Swim Centre 50m Pool. Scope The scope includes: Construction works for the filter system upgrade at Wentworthville Swim Centre 50m Pool Supply of all required materials, tools, equipment and consumables to complete the work Provision of labour and supervision to complete the work Contract Terms and Conditions Contract reference: MW21-LG The work will be awarded on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the tender pricing schedules for a contract term of five months The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the Conditions of Contract Successful tenderers will be placed onto a ranked panel of contractors Tender Briefing and Site Inspection All respondents are required to attend a mandatory pre-tender site briefing and inspection.
