Scope The scope includes: Construction of works to improve access to the western headwall at White Gum Avenue Reserve Construction of works to improve access to the stormwater drains at White Gum Avenue Reserve Formalisation of access to enable mechanised maintenance of the drainage infrastructure Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory pre-tender site inspection will be held for this opportunity. Respondents are required to attend; failure to attend will result in Shellharbour City Council not accepting the respondent's submission. Date: Monday 3 August 2026 Time: 2pm Attendance: Mandatory Instructions to Tenderers Tenders can be submitted in electronic format through Council's e-tendering portal in the format required by the tender documents Alternatively, tenders can be submitted in hard copy in the Tender box located at Council's Administration Centre, 76 Cygnet Avenue, Shellharbour City Centre, NSW 2529 Ensure all files are uploaded to the Electronic Tenders Box prior to the closing time and date The Electronic Tenders Box closes automatically at the specified time; file transfers still in progress at the exact closing time will not be accepted and no automatic "successful submission" notice will be received Respondents should not leave submission to the last minute and should begin file transfer at least 1 hour prior to closing time Enquiries Tender enquiries should be directed to Yasidu Darshan via the online forum.
