Design & Construct (D&C) Edward St and Penshurst St South Streetscape Improvement Project - Stage 1 & 2 Works Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for Design & Construction of traffic calming structures, landscaping, planting of trees, street lighting at pedestrian crossings. The Tender includes the Design & Construction of Traffic Calming structures as per the 90% Detailed Design complete plans for Stage 1. Extent of work is from Artarmon Rd to Penkivil St as part of Stage 1 and from Penkivil St to Mowbray Road and at the intersection of Artarmon Road, Penkivil and Mowbray Roads for Stage 2 (Provisional Item, 50% Detailed Design included) Tender Documents which contain essential information and submission schedules may be obtained from the etender portal free of charge. A pre-tender meeting will be held at Council, 31 Victor Street Chatswood commencing at 1pm on 18 June 2026. All prospective Tenderers are advised to attend the pre-tender meeting. Tenders are to be submitted online - OR - within a sealed envelope endorsed: and shall be placed in the Tender Box located within the Customer Service Centre on the Ground Floor at 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Tuesday 30 June 2026.
