Window Washing At Cooee Lodge Retirement Village

Overview Gilgandra Shire Council is seeking a Contractor to wash windows, flyscreens and sliding doors for all units within the Cooee Lodge Retirement Village during the period mid November to mid December 2026. Scope The scope includes: Cleaning of external windows only at 63 Villa Units Cleaning of external windows only at the Cooee Lodge Hostel (including the Special Care Wing) Cleaning of internal and external windows at the Cooee Village Hall Washing and wiping dry of outside windows and aluminium frames Scrubbing, rinsing and drying both sides of 761 flyscreens (either with a cloth or allowed to air dry) Removal and replacement of all flyscreens Window and door counts (Hostel / Retirement Village) Small windows: 9 / 228 Medium windows: 26 / 243 Large windows: 104 / 104 Sliding doors: 54 / 50 Total: 193 / 625 Flyscreens: 109 / 652 Contractor Requirements Supply all their own cleaning equipment, supplies, and relevant plant, with water available from the hoses at each Unit Instructions to Tenderers Quotations must be submitted on the attached compulsory Quotation form, located under the 'Supporting Documentation' section of this page.
