18 Pearce Street Office and Accommodation Cleaning Services (1st December 2026 to 30th November 2029

Overview Victoria Daly Regional Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the provision of cleaning services for Council facilities located in Katherine, Northern Territory, including the office and accommodation at 18 Pearce Street. Scope The scope includes: Routine office cleaning services Accommodation cleaning services Consumable supply and replenishment Cleaning services for nominated remote office locations as required Provision of appropriately trained personnel, cleaning equipment, chemicals, consumables, and all other resources necessary to deliver the services in accordance with the contract requirements Contract Terms and Conditions Initial contract term of three (3) years Contract commencing 1 December 2026 and concluding 30 November 2029 Site Inspection An optional site inspection is available prior to submitting a response. Tenderers are encouraged to review all documentation and attend the site inspection.
