Overview City of Darwin invites tenders from suitably experienced suppliers for the provision, implementation and ongoing support of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS). About As part of its ICT Roadmap, City of Darwin is delivering a series of projects to improve customer service, address gaps in its technology landscape, increase efficiency and strengthen its security posture. Purpose City of Darwin does not currently have a dedicated HRIS. HR activities are spread across manual processes, documents, spreadsheets and standalone systems. City of Darwin is seeking a solution that consolidates these activities, reduces manual effort and duplication of data, and supports future improvements. Scope The scope includes: Provision of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Implementation of the HRIS Ongoing support of the HRIS Tenderers may also offer an integrated Learning Management System (LMS) for consideration as a replacement for City of Darwin's existing LMS, where it is assessed as a better fit
