About this tender

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises of the design and construction of the new Palmerston Secondary Special Education School as per contract documentation. Construction of the new Palmerston Special Secondary Education School including but not limited to: • Five General Learning Area blocks, comprising GLA1, GLA2, GLA3, GLA4(a) and GLA4(b) • Administration building • Music and home economics / VET facilities, including cafe and retail components • Technology and arts building • Bike and trailer storage • Horticulture, farm, maintenance and recycling buildings • Covered pool and water play area • New playing field • Landscape architecture, covered walkways, shade structures, play areas and paths • Roads, car parking, loading bays, covered vehicle areas and bus drop-off / pick-up areas • Gates and fencing to the PSSES perimeter and internal zones • Accessibility upgrades to the existing gym, canteen, library and covered basketball court on the current Palmerston Secondary School campus • Associated site services and civil infrastructure • Supply and installation of Group 1 FFE items
