Overview The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure (NT) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance, breakdown response and certification services for passenger and goods lifts at NT Government Hospitals in the Darwin, Palmerston and East Arnhem regions, for a period of 36 months. Scope The scope includes: Comprehensive maintenance, breakdown and certification services for passenger and goods lifts at NT Government Hospitals in the Darwin, Palmerston and East Arnhem regions Provision of all certifications, labour, materials, and incidentals associated with servicing, repairs, maintenance and replacement of parts as required or as programmed for all lifts under the Contract Routine servicing, maintenance, and emergency repairs to lifts throughout the NT, as further detailed in the technical sections and schedules Provision of "as and when required" general repairs and maintenance to NTG assets as specified or detailed in the Contract
