Overview The City of Palmerston is inviting expressions of interest from local food and beverage vendors to take part in Christmas Wonderland 2026, a nine-night event program. Scope The scope includes: Provision of food and beverage offerings at Christmas Wonderland 2026, including desserts, snacks, family meals, festive treats and specialty beverages Vendor attendance on nominated individual nights across the nine-night event program Eligibility Open to local food and beverage vendors Information Requested Details of the vendor's food or beverage offering Nominated availability for individual event nights How to Apply Vendors wishing to take part should complete the expression of interest form, providing details of their offering and availability. Vendors can nominate their availability for individual nights, and selections will be based on menu variety, availability and event requirements. Expressions of interest close 3 November 2026, unless the vendor schedule is filled earlier.
