Comprehensive Completions Support Program

Overview The Comprehensive Completions Support Program (CCSP) is a grant initiative of the Northern Territory (NT) and Australian Governments, administered by the Department of Education and Training (NT). The program supports learners in regional and remote areas to stay engaged and complete their qualifications by removing practical and personal barriers. About The program demonstrates the department's commitment to the National Skills Agreement (NSA) Improved Completions Specific Policy Initiative (SPI) and is aligned with the actions outlined in the NT Improved Completions Bilateral Implementation Plan. Funding The CCSP cannot be delivered as a standalone initiative. All CCSP-funded activities must be linked to an existing Northern Territory Government training delivery contract under which the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is approved to deliver training in regional and remote areas of the NT. The following cannot be funded under this program: Activities that do not support learners in regional and remote areas, such as activities proposed for learners based in Darwin Activities that do not support learners to overcome the personal and practical barriers that hinder their progression to completions, including activities focusing on enrolments or training delivery costs that are part of a provider's normal business operations Activities that cannot demonstrate a measurable impact on retention and completion outcomes Capital purchases and physical infrastructure projects Equipment acquisitions that do not contribute to learner support services Programs delivered outside of the NT or that do not service NT based learners Eligibility Funding is available to organisations only.
