The CC120 Concrete Installation package comprises the construction of reinforced concrete foundations, slabs, structures, and associated embedded services for the Nolans Rare Earths Project. The Contractor shall undertake all activities necessary to deliver complete and compliant concrete works in accordance with the Project drawings, specifications, and applicable standards Key Inclusions: • Survey and set-out activities. • Detailed earthworks associated with concrete foundations and structures. • Installation of plastic liners, waterproof membranes, and ring beam drainage systems. • Supply and installation of formwork, falsework, reinforcement, and associated accessories. • Concrete placement, finishing, curing, and quality control for foundations, slabs, walls, pedestals, plinths, retaining structures, tank ring beams, pavements, and access structures. • Supply and installation of cast-in items, anchor bolts, electrical conduits, earthing components, and embedded services. • Installation of buried and embedded mechanical piping. • Supply and application of concrete protective coating systems where specified. The Works shall include, but not be limited to, the provision of all materials, labour, supervision, temporary works, consumables, inspection and testing, surveying, quality assurance, and ancillary services required for the safe and successful execution of the scope of works.
