Supply all supervision, labour, materials, plant & equipment to execute and complete the Electrical Package in accordance with the contract, specification and drawings and in accordance with the builder’s construction program. The subcontractor works include, but are not limited to the following works: The supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all Electrical Works including Lighting, Power, HV, Communication, MATV, Security, CCTV, PA & Sound Systems, Hearing Augmentation - Phonak, Hearing Loops, Ceiling Fans, Lightning Protection, Dry Fire and associated works. Undertake investigation of all concealed services prior to commencing works. All necessary works associated with the supply and installation of the Main Site Switchboard including all site reticulation, associated pits, conduits and cabling. Supply and installation of all Switchboards and distribution boards. Supply and installation of all moduline ducting, as required. Supply & install all necessary earthing to the electrical installation and complete earthing system to the swimming pool area, as documented. Generation and submission of shop drawings and equipment technical data sheets for all equipment for assessment by the Electrical Consultant prior to procurement. Submit all necessary drawings and notifications of intent to the local supply authority, as required. Provide power to other services’ equipment including mechanical boards, chilled water pumps, exhaust fans, retractable seating, solar water heaters, boiling / chilling water units, hoists, ovens, white goods, swimming pool plant, and the like as required in the documents. Trade clean, protection of materials and finished surfaces. Provision of and sealing of all penetrations (in accordance with FRL, acoustic etc), and co-ordination with associated trades for location and penetration locations including but not limited to floor/slab, partition walls, wall and ceiling penetration; including supply and installation of UPVC sleeves. Lighting/power outlet setout. The lighting, ceiling fans, power, data and all other outlets are indicative layouts. The layouts are to be confirmed on the architectural drawings. The subcontractor is responsible for setout of all lighting locations. Supply and installation of all light fittings including switches, dimmers, PE cells, motion detectors and the like
