Overview The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure (NT) is seeking a contractor to carry out general plumbing, gas fitting and roofing repairs and maintenance in the Katherine Region, Central Area, for a period of 36 months. Scope The scope includes: General plumbing repairs to fixtures and fittings Replacement of plumbing fixtures and fittings Servicing of pressure pumps Servicing of hydro boil type hot water units Servicing of solar hot water units and the like Testing and reporting on thermostatic mixing valves Servicing of backflow valves, sewer and sullage waste collection and disposal Gas fitting repairs and new works General roof repairs and maintenance All services are to be delivered on an as and when required basis and/or as part of a repetitive maintenance or cyclic maintenance programme where required.
