Scope The scope includes: General plumbing repairs to fixtures and fittings Replacement of plumbing fixtures and fittings Service of pressure pumps Servicing of hydro boil type hot water units Servicing of solar hot water units and the like Testing and reporting on thermostatic mixing valves Testing and reporting on backflow valves, sewer and sullage waste collection and disposal Gas fitting repairs and new works General roof repairs and maintenance
