Landscaping - New Palmerston Secondary Special Education School (PSSES)

Supply all supervision, labour, materials, plant & equipment to execute and complete the Landscaping Package in accordance with the contract, specification and drawings and in accordance with the builder’s construction program. The Subcontractors works comprise of the complete Landscaping Works including all necessary plant, equipment, materials, labour and the like to ensure the safe delivery, unloading, transportation across site, setting out, ground preparation and spoil removal, all garden bed, planting and seeding works, dirt bike area works, sand pit, gravel paths, grounds establishment and maintenance but also not limited to the following: The Subcontractor is to allow for site mobilisation, site inductions and demobilisation on completion of the landscaping works. Provide all samples, as specified and as requested by the Builder. The Subcontractor is to provide all necessary plant, labour and materials to undertake the establishment and maintenance of the landscaping works for a period of 13 weeks from the date of practical completion for the entire project, with works to be undertaken ‘outside of normal school hours. Tasks will include but will not be limited to all watering, mowing, weeding, garden rubbish, rubbish removal, fertilizing, pest and disease control, reseeding, staking and tying, replanting, cultivating, pruning, reinstatement of mulch, top dressing and stake removal to the entire landscaped areas, for the duration of the 13 week period
