Scope The scope includes: Demolition and disposal of the existing concrete ramp and obstructions Construction of a new reinforced concrete accessible pathway to the accessible toilet, including infill between air-conditioning unit pads Construction of new concrete accessible ramps with landings and stainless-steel handrails to both sides, compliant with AS 1428.1 Relocation of existing fencing and posts Upgrade of the rear accessible toilet, including widening of the doorway, reversal of the door swing, mould remediation and repainting, and relocation of the dryer Replacement of main building doors on the accessible path of travel with AS 1428.1-compliant door sets and lever hardware, including fire-rated assemblies where required Drainage and finishes works Provision of certification and handover documentation Contractor Requirements The building may be occupied during the works and the Contractor must maintain site controls to protect building occupants and the public
