Overview Alice Springs Town Council (ASTC) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced multidisciplinary consultant team (Consultant) to provide consultancy services for the New Alice Springs Public Library, located at Lot 5133, Gregory Terrace and Leichhardt Terrace, Alice Springs NT 0870. About The Project involves the construction of a new public library predominantly above the existing Civic Centre car park, with portions of the new facility integrated into the existing Civic Centre building. An approved Concept Design has been completed and will form the basis for the Services. Purpose The purpose of this tender is to engage the Consultant to develop and coordinate the approved Concept Design through detailed design and Issued for Construction (IFC) documentation, and to provide Construction Tender Support and Construction Phase Consultancy Services. Scope The scope includes: Development and coordination of the approved Concept Design through to detailed design Preparation of Issued for Construction (IFC) documentation Provision of Construction Tender Support Provision of Construction Phase Consultancy Services Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced multidisciplinary consultant team
