About this tender
Overview Power and Water Corporation is seeking suitably qualified contractors or consultants to undertake its bi-annual depth to groundwater monitoring program until July 2029, across all centres, for a period of 36 months. About Power and Water undertakes depth to groundwater level monitoring in 92 urban centres and remote Aboriginal communities across the Northern Territory. This monitoring largely consists of collecting manual depth to groundwater level measurements and downloading data from continuous dataloggers installed within selected production and observation bores. Depth to groundwater level is monitored and collected at least twice yearly by trained technicians to ensure accurate and valid data is added to the ongoing assessment of the status and condition of the groundwater resources used by Power and Water for water supply purposes. Scope The scope includes: Undertaking the bi-annual depth to groundwater level monitoring program across six (6) monitoring periods Managing remote field travel to undertake monitoring activities Conducting safe and independent monitoring activities Collecting manual depth to groundwater level measurements Downloading data from continuous dataloggers installed within selected production and observation bores Processing and reporting all monitoring data and findings to Power and Water in an efficient manner Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified contractor or consultant capable of undertaking depth to groundwater level monitoring Trained technicians to ensure accurate and valid data collection Capability to manage remote field travel and conduct safe and independent monitoring activities Instructions to Tenderers Refer to the RFT documents for all details.
