Overview Arafura Rare Earths Pty Ltd is seeking a supplier for PM028, the Water Chiller Package for the Nolans Project in the Northern Territory. The package covers the design, supply, quality assurance and quality control, and packaging for shipment of the Water Chiller Package. About Arafura Rare Earths Limited is an Australian, ASX-listed company (ASX:ARU) focused on the responsible future production of the rare earths elements Neodymium and Praseodymium (NdPr) and heavy rare earths from its Nolans Project in the Northern Territory. The Nolans Project, 135 kilometres north of Alice Springs, is a fully permitted, construction-ready, single site ore-to-oxide project with an anticipated mine life of 38 years. As a fully integrated operation, Nolans will encompass a mine, process plant (comprising beneficiation, extraction and separation plants) and related infrastructure. The Project is strategically located in the Northern Territory and is recognised as a globally significant and strategic NdPr project which, once developed, will become a major supplier of these critical minerals to the high-performance NdFeB permanent magnet market. The Nolans Project has made strong progress during the first half of FY2026 and remains on track towards a Final Investment Decision (FID), subject to completion of funding and offtake arrangements. Hatch has been appointed as EPCM contractor for the Nolans Project. Arafura is transitioning execution management of the Project to Hatch, and as the execution plan and procurement packaging are finalised, Hatch will be the primary contact for procurement and contracting engagement. Scope The Works includes the design, supply, QA/QC, and packaging for shipment for the PM028 Water Chiller Package. The Works includes the supply of all items within the battery limits required for a fully functioning Water Chiller Package that meets the duty specified in the Datasheet. The Supplier shall include in the scope of work all items, accessories and services that are usual or necessary to complete the work and achieve the specified performance, but which may not have been specifically mentioned. The Water Chiller Package(s) includes, but is not limited to, the following: Centrifugal chiller units (e.g., compressor, evaporator, condenser, throttle etc.) Chilled water and glycol vessels Nitrogen storage vessel Lubrication system Local control system as Ethernet IP interface to the plant control system All instrumentation, control valves, and safety devices necessary for the safe operation of the chiller All local control system configuration required to support site integration Unit mounted starter panel assembly with VSD Insulating, cladding and protective coating systems Structural steel skid/module that all of the items are pre-assembled into Enquiries Contact: Industry Capability Network of Northern Territory, ICN NT Engagement Team Website: nolansproject.icn.org.au Email: resources@icnnt.org.au Phone: +61 8 8922 9422
