Overview City of Palmerston is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the annual Pre-Cyclone Clean Up for 2026. Scope This contract is for City of Palmerston's annual kerbside hard waste collection, the Pre-Cyclone Clean Up (PCCU). The scope includes, but is not limited to: Collection and disposal of general hard waste Segregation, collection and transfer of recyclable waste Runback collections Assisted collections Reporting data for collection records Notification of unacceptable verge material to residents and City of Palmerston Instructions to Tenderers Details of the successful tender will be published on the City of Palmerston website. Tenderers who directly or indirectly canvass support or engage with any Elected Member or Council Officer will be disqualified.
