About this tender
Overview Arafura Rare Earths Pty Ltd is seeking a contractor to supply, fabricate, and deliver structural steelwork for the Nolans Project. Scope The scope comprises the complete supply, fabrication, quality control, shop detailing, surface treatment, packaging, and delivery of approximately 5,000 tonnes of structural steelwork for the Nolans Project. The contractor shall provide all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, tooling, consumables, transportation, and services necessary to deliver a complete fit-for-purpose package. The scope includes: Shop detailing and fabrication of structural steel in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and MTOs Supply of all steel materials, fasteners, bolts, nuts, washers, brackets, and lifting/transportation fixings Welding, NDT, inspection, dimensional verification, trial assembly, and quality assurance activities Surface preparation and protective coating application as specified Engineering management, material traceability, document control, and quality plan implementation Preparation of fabrication documentation, as-built drawings, MDRs, test records, and CDRL deliverables Provision of AutoID requirements and material management support Packing, preservation, transport frame design, loading, and transportation preparation for all fabricated steelworks Supply of lifting studies, rigging arrangements, cranage, and module weight reports Management of subcontractors and prompt reporting of manufacturing nonconformances Compliance with all project specifications, standards, safety, quality, and reporting requirements The contractor shall deliver a fully fabricated, tested, coated, documented, and transport-ready structural steel package, including all incidental items required for successful execution of the works.
