Overview Arafura Rare Earths Pty Ltd is seeking expressions of interest for the supply of a product bagging plant for the Nolans Project in the Northern Territory, under package PM044. About Arafura Rare Earths Limited is an Australian, ASX-listed company (ASX:ARU) focused on the responsible future production of the rare earths elements Neodymium and Praseodymium (NdPr) and heavy rare earths from its Nolans Project in the Northern Territory. The Nolans Project, 135 kilometres north of Alice Springs, is a fully permitted, construction-ready, single site ore-to-oxide project with an anticipated mine life of 38 years. As a fully integrated operation, Nolans will encompass a mine, process plant (comprising beneficiation, extraction and separation plants) and related infrastructure. The Project is strategically located in the Northern Territory and is recognised as a globally significant and strategic NdPr project which, once developed, will become a major supplier of these critical minerals to the high-performance NdFeB permanent magnet market. The Nolans Project has made strong progress during the first half of FY2026 and remains on track towards a Final Investment Decision (FID), subject to completion of funding and offtake arrangements. Hatch has been appointed as EPCM contractor for the Nolans Project. Arafura is transitioning execution management of the Project to Hatch, and as the execution plan and procurement packaging are finalised, Hatch will be the primary contact for procurement and contracting engagement. Scope The scope includes: Supply of a bagging plant for two lines of high-purity rare-earth oxide powder (no special atmosphere is required) A pneumatic conveying system to load storage bins A bulk-bag loader A palletiser A pallet wrapper Semi-automated plant design suited to a nominal throughput of 5,000 bags per annum (a bag placement robot is not required) Contractor Requirements Confirmation of whether equipment of this nature has been provided previously, with relevant references to earlier projects Resources illustrating capabilities specific to the contract on offer Demonstrated industry performance and compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management systems Information Requested The following documents must be completed and uploaded to ICN Gateway as part of the EOI submission: Completed Prequalification documentation (H366551-PM044-311-024-0001-AP02), including requested documentation and supporting documentation Completed Confidentiality Agreement (H366551-PM044-311-024-0001-AP03), with all highlighted sections completed and submitted in native format (the final document will subsequently be circulated for e-signing by both parties)
