Overview Nhulunbuy Corporation Limited (NCL) is inviting sealed tenders for the purchase of surplus equipment, being an unregistered dual cab Nissan Navara. Scope The scope includes: Purchase of one unregistered Dual Cab Nissan Navara, 2010 model, manual transmission, offered as surplus equipment Contract Terms and Conditions The vehicle is offered on an "as is, where is" basis No warranty is provided regarding the condition, performance or suitability of the vehicle The vehicle is unregistered and may be unroadworthy NCL reserves the right to accept or reject any tender NCL reserves the right to withdraw the item from sale at any stage of the process Tender offers must remain valid for 30 days from the closing date Successful purchasers must pay the tendered amount and remove the vehicle within 21 days of notification Site Inspection Interested parties are encouraged to inspect the vehicle before submitting a tender. Tenderers are deemed to have made their offer based on their own inspection and assessment of the item. All prospective purchasers should make their own enquiries and investigations prior to submitting a tender.
