About this tender
Overview Arafura Rare Earths Pty Ltd is seeking a contractor to provide bussing services for the Nolans Project. The service will operate on a fly-in fly-out (FIFO) basis through Alice Springs airport, supported by a bus-in bus-out (BIBO) transport model between Alice Springs, the Nolans Accommodation Village and the Project Site. Purpose The Contractor shall provide a safe, reliable and scalable transportation service capable of supporting workforce mobilisation, construction and commissioning activities while adapting to changing workforce numbers and operational requirements throughout the contract term. Scope The scope includes: Airport transfers and daily village-to-site transport Ad hoc charter and emergency transportation Scheduling and coordination with flight arrivals, departures and workforce shift changes Passenger manifest management Luggage and logistics support Journey management and driver fatigue management Fleet maintenance, breakdown response and contingency planning Operational reporting and performance monitoring Contractor Requirements Proven experience delivering transport services for remote mining, construction, energy or major infrastructure projects Access to a modern and suitably maintained fleet capable of operating in remote Northern Territory conditions, supported by strong safety performance and a robust Safety Management System Effective compliance and journey management processes, fleet maintenance capability, service continuity arrangements and the capacity to scale resources in line with project demands Operational support capability within Alice Springs and/or the Northern Territory will be highly regarded Interested parties must be capable of delivering all portions of the Scope Information Requested Interested parties must provide evidence that illustrates capabilities specific to the contract on offer, and demonstrate industry performance and compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management systems, by completing the attached Prequalification Questionnaire (ref. H366551-ST755-311-024-0001-AT02), including requested documentation, to be uploaded directly to the ICN Gateway Portal. Signing by the parties will occur prior to invitation to tender.
