Supply all supervision, labour, materials, plant & equipment to execute and complete the Solar System Package in accordance with the contract, specification and drawings and in accordance with the builder’s construction program. The subcontractor works include, but are not limited to the following works: The supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all solar System Works including Solar Panels all structural mountings, fixings and the like Connection into main distribution board.. Supply, installation programming and testing of panel level monitoring with associated fixtures and fittings. Supply, installation and testing of emergency cut-off with all associated fixtures and fittings. All necessary works associated with the Supply, installation and testing of the works inclusive of all site reticulation, cabling, switching, racking, cable supports and the like Supply, install and testing of all necessary earthing to the solar installation PowerWater/ Jacana Energy applications and liasing for confirmation and approval for sizing. Generation and submission of shop drawings, schematic drawings and equipment technical data sheets for all equipment for assessment by the Electrical Consultant prior to procurement. Submit all necessary drawings and notifications of intent to the local supply authority, as required. Trade clean, protection of materials and finished surfaces. Provision of and sealing of all penetrations (in accordance with FRL, acoustic etc), and co-ordination with associated trades for location and penetration locations including but not limited to partition walls, wall, ceiling and roof penetration; including Supply, installation and testing of UPVC sleeves and over flashings. Provision for edge protection during installation The subcontractor is responsible for set-out of all panel locations. Supply, installation and testing of all associated fixtures and fittings including switches, monitors, circuit breakers, meters labels and the like. Certification of all systems and structural supports All isolations, disconnections and reconnections associated with this package. Utilise existing penetrations and cable ducts, where practical and conceal cabling where possible Provision of Certificates of Compliance for the works (as required), in order to achieve handover and Certificates of Occupancy. The subcontractor is to provide a section 40 certificate prior to practical completion for a fully operational conforming system for the development and classifications. On completion of all works, demonstrate to the client’s representative, Contractor and associated Consultants during the commissioning phase that all systems operate, as intended and in accordance with the relevant standards of the installed system. Provide all necessary training to the end users as requested
