About this tender

The Project intends to tender and award Switchrooms and MCCs package. The Works includes the design, manufacture, construction, installation of associated equipment, testing, supply, Quality Assurance, Quality Control (QA/QC) and shipment of the equipment. The Supplier shall include in the scope of work all items, accessories and services that are usual or necessary to complete the work and achieve the specified performance, but which may not have been specifically mentioned herein. This includes procurement of parts, materials, equipment, fabrication, painting and protective coating and testing for supply and pre-assembly (where possible) of: • Transportable Switchrooms include supply and installation of electrical equipment within the switchrooms, including HV Switchboards, MCCs, UPSs, 110V battery systems, fire protection equipment, HVAC, etc. Fully transportable as much as possible, while adhering to the Equipment Shipping and Packaging Specification. This will include any bracing required and safely securing all internal equipment for transport. • MCCs (Motor Control Centre) and LV Switchboards, including, all equipment and instrumentation necessary for protection of the LV Switchboards, as defined in the Motor Control Centre (MCC) Specification and the LV Switchboards Datasheet. • Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), including All equipment and instrumentation necessary for protection of the UPS, as defined in the UPS Datasheet NRE-4000-EDAT-E-0007, including but not limited to: UPS distribution board UPS with battery bank and bypass abilities.
