About this tender
Hastings District Council (HDC) invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of Asset Information Systems Management Technical Support services. This contract involves the management, operation, and continuous improvement of HDC’s Asset Management Information Systems (AMIS), primarily using Thinkproject’s Asset and Work Manager (AWM) platform. Services include transportation and parks asset data management, system support, data auditing and validation, reporting, and support for asset management processes and decision-making. The Consultant will work in partnership with Council to ensure high-quality, reliable asset information, supporting lifecycle planning, maintenance and renewals programmes, and compliance with national standards such as NZTA and AMDS requirements.
