About this tender
Overview The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a contractor to carry out floorcoverings replacement works in Blocks A and C at Feilding High School. Scope The scope includes: Removal of existing floorcoverings Installation of new carpet tiles Installation of all-weather carpet to classroom corridors Installation of vinyl sheet flooring to selected rooms Works to Block C, a single storey 14 classroom block Works to Block A, the main administration office area for the school The final extent of the scope of works may be adjusted to suit the School's available budget. Contract Terms and Conditions It is anticipated that School holidays will be used for the works, with work also continuing during the School term Access during term time will be limited to 2 classrooms at one time in Block C Access during term time will be limited to up to 3 offices at one time in Block A Handover of each stage is required prior to access being given to the following stage
