About this tender

Overview Waikato Regional Council invites tenders for the demolition of the existing inlet at Churchill East Secondary and its reconstruction in accordance with the detailed design documentation. This tender is for Stage 2 of the project. Scope The scope includes: Demolition of the existing inlet at Churchill East Secondary Reconstruction of the inlet in accordance with the detailed design documentation Construction of the inlet upgrade to enable safe and efficient mechanical weed-clearing operations Installation of a purpose-built, rated access platform Contractor Requirements Capacity, capability, experience, and resources to deliver the project on time and within budget A good track record on health and safety and environmental management Site Inspection A compulsory site inspection will be held. Attendance is mandatory to ensure all tenderers have viewed the site, understood the hazards and issues associated with the site and project, and have the opportunity to ask questions of Council's Operations staff and Project Manager about the project. Tenders received from tenderers who do not attend the compulsory site inspection will not be evaluated by Council.
