Purpose The purpose of this RFP is to invite Prospective Suppliers to submit their proposals for the design and construction of the new Belt Press Polymer Plant at the Christchurch Wastewater Treatment Plant (CWTP). Objectives The objective of this RFP process is to obtain sufficiently detailed information from Prospective Suppliers and their respective organisations regarding their ability to provide the Works, enabling the Council to select and appoint a Supplier to provide the Works.
