Overview New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Service solution that supports the health, wellbeing, resilience and performance of Council employees and their immediate family members. The successful supplier will act as a strategic wellbeing partner, providing a proactive, accessible, confidential and responsive service. Purpose The supplier will be expected to support a diverse workforce through culturally responsive and inclusive services, maintain the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality, and work collaboratively with Council to identify emerging wellbeing trends, reduce psychosocial risks, improve workforce resilience and continuously enhance employee wellbeing outcomes throughout the term of the contract.
