Overview KiwiRail Group (NZ) is seeking an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solution that will provide a scalable enterprise planning platform to support improved financial and operational planning across the organisation. Objectives Reduce reliance on spreadsheet-based planning processes Improve governance and collaboration in planning processes Support informed decision-making Provide a foundation for integrated planning across multiple business functions Scope The scope includes: Implementation of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) functionality, including budgeting, forecasting and supporting planning processes Implementation of demand planning functionality Contractor Requirements The solution must demonstrate the capability to support KiwiRail's longer-term Integrated Business Planning roadmap, enabling future expansion into aggregate requirements plans for operational planning, long-term network economics modelling, capital planning and other enterprise planning capabilities without requiring a platform replacement Enquiries Contact: Tilo Reinhardt Email: tenders@kiwirail.co.nz
