Overview Wellington City Council (WCC) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to complete the construction of an anchored shotcrete/sprayed concrete retaining wall and associated enabling/auxiliary works for the remediation of a deteriorated wall located within the road reserve at the southeast corner of the intersection of Hinau St and Collins Ave, Tawa.
