Overview Fire and Emergency New Zealand (NZ) wishes to engage a construction supplier to carry out works at the Howick Fire Station to optimise the station. Scope The scope includes: Bedroom and bathroom reconfiguration Dining area expansion Improved storage areas Gym relocation New double-glazed thermal break window locations External cladding replacement Implementing staged access planning to maintain operational readiness while the fire station remains operational for the duration of the project works Temporarily relocating critical functions such as bedroom pods Providing clear communication to maintain operational readiness throughout the works Site Inspection Date: 10/11/26 Time: 11.30am Location: Howick Fire Station To register for the site visit, contact kelly.gould@fireandemergency.nz.
