About this tender
Overview Health New Zealand (Health NZ) | Te Whatu Ora is seeking proposals from community-based organisations to deliver an Integrated Crisis Support Service within the Central Otago / Queenstown locality. Health NZ is seeking a provider (or consortium) to deliver an integrated crisis support service. Purpose This integrated service approach is intended to reduce pressure on inpatient mental health wards and provide people experiencing acute mental health distress with greater choice and a recovery focused community-based alternative to inpatient admission. Scope The scope includes: A peer-led Crisis Recovery Café (CRC) A clinically led crisis respite service (2–3 beds) Assertive outreach and home-based crisis support Contractor Requirements Locally based within the Central Otago / Queenstown locality Significant experience in the delivery of Mental Health & Addiction (MH&A) peer support Mature, integrated organisational structures and systems to support their workforce and the community it serves Enquiries Contact: Elizabeth Espin Email: elizabeth.espin@tewhatuora.govt.nz
