Interim Organisational Design, Modelling and Workforce Visualisation Platform

Overview The Ministry for Primary Industries (NZ) is seeking an interim, out-of-the-box digital platform that supports organisational design, organisational modelling and workforce visualisation. Purpose The platform must enable MPI to model and compare current and proposed organisational structures, assess potential workforce and financial impacts, and produce reliable information and visual outputs to support organisational redesign, consultation and executive decision-making. Scope The scope includes: Provision of a configured and operational organisational design, modelling and workforce visualisation platform Software subscription or licensing Approved hosting Implementation and configuration Testing User access provisioning Training Knowledge transfer Support and service management End-of-contract data extraction and transition assistance Instructions to Tenderers For more details about the scope and the Ministry's requirements, please refer to the RFP Information document.
