Overview Waimakariri District Council is seeking a contractor to undertake the civil works component of the Kippenberger/Elm Green Playground Development. This procurement plan covers the civil works only; procurement of the playground equipment is covered separately under VP2026-109. Scope The scope includes: Construction of a 1.2 m mound for access to the flying fox Construction of 193 m2 of concrete footpaths Construction of 6 garden beds including plantings Construction of 6 tree pits including tree installation Construction of 105 m of new post and cable fence including vehicle entrance Construction of 74 m of subsoil drain Construction of all soft fall areas for play equipment Supply and installation of 3 bike racks and one litter bin
