Main Contractor for Block 3: Toilets and Room 20 Refurbishment

Overview The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a main contractor to carry out refurbishment works to the Block 3 toilets and Room 20. Scope The scope includes: Removal of internal load-bearing walls, sanitary fittings, in-ground shower, internal wall linings and flooring in Block 3 Toilets Reconfiguration of Block 3 Toilets to form 2 new student toilets, a staff toilet, an accessible bathroom and a new laundry Installation of new sanitary fittings, wet wall linings and vinyl flooring in Block 3 Toilets Installation of replacement timber beams in place of the demolished load-bearing walls Installation of a new exterior door and ramp at Block 3 Toilets Removal of an existing partition wall and the existing operable wall in Block 3 Room 20 Installation of new vinyl flooring in Block 3 Room 20 Installation of new heat pumps in Block 3 Room 20 Installation of new Autex Composition wall board in Block 3 Room 20
