Overview The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a Main Building Contractor to carry out lifecycle replacement works at Rosehill College. Scope The scope includes: Lifecycle replacement of roof and roof parts at Blocks A, D, E, G, Q1, F, S, YB, MA, P and R1 Lifecycle replacement of clearlite at the specified blocks Lifecycle replacement of gutters, including ACM gutter, at the specified blocks Instructions to Tenderers This Request for Tenders (RFT) is an open invitation to contractors (tenderers) to submit a tender for the Contract Works described above.
