Overview Watercare Services Limited is seeking suitably qualified and experienced grounds maintenance supplier(s) to deliver planned, reactive and emergency grounds maintenance services across the Māngere Wastewater Treatment Plant and Māngere Foreshore area. Scope The scope includes: Planned grounds maintenance services at the Māngere Wastewater Treatment Plant and Māngere Foreshore area Reactive grounds maintenance services at the Māngere Wastewater Treatment Plant and Māngere Foreshore area Emergency grounds maintenance services at the Māngere Wastewater Treatment Plant and Māngere Foreshore area Contractor Requirements Deliver safe, reliable and environmentally responsible services in operational and public-facing environments Deliver services in a way that protects Watercare's operational assets, public users and the surrounding environment Maintain clear reporting, service quality and accountability Instructions to Tenderers Watercare anticipates appointing one supplier for the Māngere Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) area and up to two suppliers for the Māngere Foreshore areas. Watercare may award one or more areas to the same supplier, or separate suppliers, depending on the evaluation outcome and the best overall value for Watercare.
