Overview Kaipara District Council is seeking a contractor for the Maungaturoto Hurndall Street Slip Repairs, involving replacement of the existing wastewater main and repair of the retaining wall at SH12 Bridge 2169 in Maungaturoto. Scope The scope includes: Replacement of the existing 150mm NB AC wastewater main attached to the bridge (asset ID 12026) with new pipe, including all associated fittings (refer to AWA Drawings J000994) Construction of a new wastewater pipe support structure (refer to RS Eng Ltd Drawings 20113) Construction of a new steel pile retaining wall (refer to AWA Drawings J000994) Replacement of existing manhole WWMH-10882 with a new standard 1050mm concrete manhole (refer to AWA Drawings J000994) Removal of the existing temporary timber wall and attached wastewater main (refer to AWA Drawings J000994) Reinstatement of all affected footpath and pavement areas Completion of all associated site reinstatement required to deliver the works in accordance with the Contract Documents Provision of all labour, plant, materials, equipment, temporary works, supervision, and incidental items necessary for construction, testing, commissioning, and successful completion of the works in accordance with the Contract Documents, specifications, drawings, and applicable standards
