About this tender
Overview Parliamentary Service invites proposals from experienced audio-visual and technology integration providers to support a major meeting room modernisation programme across the Parliamentary Precinct. Purpose The objective of the programme is to establish standardised, secure, and reliable meeting room environments that support both in-person and hybrid collaboration while meeting the operational, security, and heritage requirements of the Parliamentary Precinct. Scope The scope includes: Supply, installation, configuration, and integration of meeting room technology across approximately 61 meeting rooms across multiple sites Delivery of modern hybrid meeting technology Upgrades to existing meeting spaces Support for upcoming accommodation projects Contractor Requirements Experience in audio-visual and technology integration Ability to implement deliverables within a unique operational environment that includes heritage, security, and business continuity requirements Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A supplier briefing and site visit will be held, providing an overview of the project, procurement requirements, delivery environment and site-specific considerations. Attendance is strongly encouraged.
