Overview The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a main contractor to undertake reroofing works at Motueka High School, Block G (Library). The building's roofing and skylights are failing, and the lack of soffit around the perimeter is contributing to moisture issues around the window leafs. About This project forms part of the school's 5YA property funded upgrades. Scope The scope includes: Reroofing of Block G (Library) at Motueka High School Rectification of failing skylights Formation of new eaves around the perimeter of the building, as detailed in the provided drawing set Contract Terms and Conditions Requirements for phasing of the project will be confirmed with the successful tenderer in conjunction with the school to ensure minimum impact to school learning spaces The Library will be temporarily relocated during the works Works are required to be completed so the Library is reopened for the start of the 2027 school year Enquiries All enquiries are to be made through the GETS Question & Answer Function.
