Overview Airways Corporation New Zealand is seeking a contractor experienced in civil works to deliver site preparation for new DVOR/DME equipment installations at Hokitika and Westport airports, as part of Package 3 of a wider programme to provide enhanced air navigation services at smaller New Zealand airports. About This project forms part of a wider programme to install new equipment at eight sites across New Zealand, delivered in four packages: Timaru (TU) and Alexandra (LX) (Package 1, completed) Tauranga (TG) and Taupo (AP) (Package 2, completed) Hokitika (HK) and Westport (WS) (Package 3, this RFP) Whangarei (WR) and Kaitaia (KT) (Package 4) Scope The scope includes: Site preparation and development Ducting and foundations Siting of Portacoms and antenna masts Installation and connection of mains power to site Underground earthing networks Fencing (stock and CAA security) Contractor Requirements Experience delivering civil works including site preparation, ducting and foundations, siting of Portacoms and antenna masts, mains power installation and connection, underground earthing networks, and fencing (stock and CAA security)
