About this tender
Overview Grey District Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Rapahoe Trunkmain Renewal Stage Three Contract (Contract GDC 2026-27-03). Scope Renewal of the trunkmain at Rapahoe as part of Stage Three of the project Instructions to Tenderers Tenders for this contract will be evaluated using the Price Quality Method as defined in Appendix C of the NZTA Procurement Manual (July 2009) First Edition. Tender documents will be available from 12 noon on Thursday 17 September 2026 from Grey District Council, 105 Tainui Street, PO Box 382, Greymouth, telephone (03) 769 8611. Electronic copies of the full tender documents will be provided free of charge. Hard copy prints will incur a $50 non-refundable fee for supply.
